1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, mobile app, or gym services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Membership & Registration
Members must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Membership is non-transferable and non refundable.
The gym reserves the right to approve or reject any membership application.

3. Payments & Billing
All membership fees, personal training charges, and other payments must be made as per the pricing structure.

No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.

4. Cancellation & Freeze Policy
Members must follow the official cancellation procedure (written notice/email/app request).
Freeze/hold of membership is allowed only under specific circumstances such as medical issues or travel, and supporting documents may be required.
Freeze requests must be approved by management.

5. Use of Facilities
Members must follow all gym rules, safety instructions, and staff guidance.
Proper gym attire must be worn at all times.
The gym is not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen inside the premises.
Certain areas or equipment may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.

6. Health & Safety
By using the gym, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that may affect your ability to exercise safely.
Members must inform trainers of any injuries or limitations.
The gym is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

7. Personal Training
Personal training sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to trainer availability.
Sessions cancelled without adequate notice may be charged or forfeited.
Only certified gym trainers may offer training inside the facility.

8. Code of Conduct
Members must maintain respectful behaviour toward staff and other members.
Harassment, abuse, discrimination, or unsafe conduct will lead to immediate cancellation of membership without refund.
Damages caused by negligence or misuse may be charged to the member.
All the dumbbells and plates must be reracked to their respective places upon usage, non-compliance will result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Website & Digital Services
All content on the website (images, logos, programs, descriptions) is owned by the gym and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
The gym may update prices, rules, and features at any time.
